PART-TIME RE-EMPLOYMENT GRANT
Receive a $2,500 incentive for each Senior Worker aged 60 and above when you provide part-time re-employment opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and systematic career planning for our seasoned workforce.
The Part-time Re-Employment Grant (PTRG) is designed to incentivize employers to offer part-time re-employment, flexible work arrangements (FWAs), and structured career planning (SCP) for senior workers. For qualification* under the PTRG initiative, companies must employ at least one senior worker aged 60 and above at the time of application and subsequent claims. For each eligible senior worker, companies can secure $2,500. Please note that this offer is exclusively available for Singaporean (SG) and Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) senior workers.
Receive a 70% salary subsidy for a duration of 6 months upon hiring an employee aged 40 years and above, characterized as mid to mature in their career.
The Mid-Career Pathways Programme is a full-time attachment programme for mature mid-career individuals aged 40 and above who are looking for a switch in careers. The attachments will last for six months and support up to $15,960.

The Career Conversion Programme for Infocomm and Technology Professionals is designed to equip mid-career Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs) to undergo skills conversion and take on enhanced roles in the ICT Industry.
